Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

For papercuts for sale on this website:

Please allow 1–3 days to process your order for papercuts purchased from my online shop. (Other products may come from an outside printer and therefore processing and shipping times are outside of my control.) You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been processed.

For personally commissioned papercuts:

Personal commissions need up to 6 weeks to be completed. Please plan ahead. If you need work done sooner, reach out to me at hello@evelyngoldmanart.com to see if I can do what you want within the time allotted. You never know.

Shipping Rate

Custom commissioned artwork and ketubahs ship for free. All other artwork ships free with a $100 purchase. You can check your shipping costs by entering your address on the checkout page.

Shipping Times

Allow 2-5 business days for delivery to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories can take a little longer. Shipping times are always estimates. Once a package leaves my studio, it is subject to any delays/shipping issues from the carrier.

For international shipping, expect 1-4 weeks for delivery, depending on the receiving country’s postal service.

Expedited Shipping

You may pay a fee to upgrade. Expedited shipping within the US is with either USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

You may pay a fee to upgrade. Expedited international shipping is USPS Priority Mail Express International.

Tariffs, Taxes, and Brokerage Fees

Please be aware: many countries (including Canada, UK, EU) require customs payments upon arrival. If you are ordering from outside of the US, please be sure you know about your country’s laws. You are responsible for any tariffs, taxes, and/or brokerage fees incurred on your imported artwork.

Other Information

We cannot be held responsible for, and cannot guarantee, the timely delivery of a product once it is in the possession of UPS, USPS or other shipper. On occasion, shippers misroute packages and they are not delivered in the time specified for a particular shipping priority. This is beyond our control. Incorrect or incomplete addresses also cause delays and incur extra charges. These charges are your responsibility.
